The District Executive Equity Leadership Team is the guiding coalition charged with leading and managing the dynamic process of system-wide transformational change. DELT seminars focus on building the infrastructure to design, implement, accelerate, and sustain a strategic plan for system-wide racial equity transformation.
Target Participants: Superintendent and Members of the District Executive Leadership Team
Designed to access a school district’s current culture, climate, and readiness to engage in systemic equity transformation work, the DEAP process consists of on-site focus groups with administrators, faculty and staff, students, parents, and community members, and results in a comprehensive equity assessment and recommendations.
LEADS seminars are focused on deepening understanding of institutionalized racism and its impact on schooling and providing support for leading systemic equity transformation in the district and schools. Target Participants: District and School Administrators

School Board workshops focus on leading and governing for systemic equity transformation. Agenda themes include equity policy development and governance, strategic alignment, and systems accountability for eliminating racial achievement disparities.
E-Teams are the guiding coalition for equity at the school level. E-Team seminars prepare school staff to lead, oversee, and manage the dynamic processes of school-based transformational change.
Target Participants: Principals, Teacher Leaders, and Student Support Staff
CARE Teams conduct classroom action research to discover, develop, document, deliver, and disseminate culturally relevant learning and teaching practices. CARE seminars focus on building racial/cultural proficiency, using action research to document culturally relevant pedagogy, and developing and sharing culturally relevant pedagogy.
Target Participants: Principals and Classroom Teachers
Through shared learning and collaborative development, the PASS Team engages and empowers families- and communities-of-color in creating equitable schools where all children – especially underserved black and brown children – will reach their fullest potential. PASS seminars focus on building authentic relationships; facilitating equitable environments; empowering, honoring, and acting on the “voice” of parents; supporting efforts of all of the adults involved in the lives of students; and building knowledge…of self, systems, social capital, and community concerns.
Target Participants: Principals, Parent-of-Color Leaders, and School Staff
